WHY US? 

Located in the beating heart of the industrial city Shenzhen, we are one of many one-stop-shop ODM/OEM consumer electronics manufacturers. However, what makes us different is our understanding of the difficulties that come with communication and cultural barriers within China. Our team consists of international employees that combine speak six languages.

Our manufacturing company is a one stop shop for consumer electronics and gaming. We offer both Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) design services, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of requests from our customers.


Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China, where we have all the necessary equipment and expertise to manufacture high quality products. We also work with a network of other factories that can help us meet the specific needs of our customers.


In addition to manufacturing, we also have our own testing facility in-house. This allows us to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. However, if a customer requires testing that we are unable to accommodate in-house, we will work with them to find the best company to perform the necessary testing. We are committed to ensuring that our products meet all necessary safety and performance standards.


Our team is made up of a diverse group of individuals from different cultural backgrounds, and we are fluent in multiple languages. We understand that working with Chinese companies can be challenging at times, and we strive to be a bridge that helps our customers navigate any cultural differences. We are dedicated to finding the best solution for each of our customers, and we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

3. How do you manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products?

We have established strong relationships with a network of suppliers who provide us with the materials and components we need to produce high-quality products. 

We also work closely with logistics professionals who handle the transportation of materials and finished products to ensure timely delivery. 

We have systems in place to track the status of orders and identify potential delays so that we can take proactive measures to avoid any disruptions. 


4. What is your approach to product design and development? How do you involve the client in the process and ensure that their needs and requirements are met?

Our approach to product design and development is centered on collaboration and communication with our clients. We work closely with clients to understand their specific needs 

and requirements and involve them in every step of the process, from initial concept development to final product testing. We use a variety of tools and techniques, 

such as 3D printing, SolidWorks and Rhino, and rapid prototyping, to bring ideas to life and ensure that the finished product meets the client's expectations.


5. What is your quality control process and how do you ensure that products meet the required quality standards?

Our quality control process includes multiple checks and tests at various stages of the production process to ensure that our products meet the required quality standards. 

These may include inspections at the raw material stage, during production, and before the finished product is shipped to the client. We also have a team of experienced 

quality control professionals who are trained to identify and address potential issues or defects. In addition, we have strict quality control procedures in place to ensure 

that all of our products are produced to the highest standards of quality. We also have systems in place to track and record quality data, which allows us to identify any trends 

or patterns and make continuous improvements to our processes. Finally, we work closely with our clients to understand their specific quality requirements and design our products accordingly.


6. How do you handle logistics and distribution for the finished product?

We handle all aspects of logistics and distribution for the finished product. This includes arranging for transportation to the agreed-upon destination, handling customs clearance and 

other necessary paperwork, and tracking the status of the shipment to ensure timely delivery. We have a team of experienced logistics professionals who are skilled in coordinating 

all of these activities to ensure that the finished product is delivered to the client on time. We are  also able to adapt to our clients distributors.


7What is your warranty policy and how do you handle any issues or defects that may arise?

Our warranty policy will depend on the specific product and the terms agreed upon with the client. In general, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed

 to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their purchases. If any issues or defects do arise, we have a team of professionals who are trained to address them quickly and 

effectively to minimize any disruption to the client.
